Apart from focusing on employee development, one of Transfera’s key priorities has been the continuous focus on the development and standardization of business processes.
The projects organized in 2016 in cooperation with professors from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Organizational Sciences, and projects implemented with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 2017 and 2018, aimed at defining and mapping business processes and their transformation into a digital environment. Based on the results of these projects, specialized software solutions have been developed, aimed at speeding up and facilitating the execution of daily operational tasks.
The standardization and quality of the processes are controlled and monitored yearly, with inspections by the Swiss certification company – SGS.
With the commissioning of the first logistics center (TLC1), Transfera decided to continue the successful cooperation with the professors from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, this time on a project that is aimed at redefining business processes, taking into account all the advantages of working in the new and improved environment.
“As flexibility remains one of Transfera’s biggest qualities, the project started in the early 2022 and is based on optimizing communication lines and work processes, in order to establish an adequate model that will ensure the company’s flexibility and the quality of services it provides to its clients”, said Srdjan Banovic – Director of Transfera’s Sales and Development Department.
The project is divided into 4 phases and will be conducted throughout the year.
