Transfera started it’s own academy

The company Transfera continues its growth pattern year by year The previous year ended with EUR 27.5 million income, representing a 45% growth compared to 2017, and closed in on the number of 200 employees. Quality of service and strategic orientation to the clients are the focus of all corporate activities, not only compatible benefits of Transfera.

In parallel with customer satisfaction, we are constantly working on improving employee satisfaction. The motivation of the employees depends on several factors, which are regarded as career opportunities and constant professional development.

Since 01.02.2019 the Transfera Academy has been launched, program supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with the goal of sharing new knowledge to employees in the field of transport, customs representation, market and sales skills.

The program is oriented at three target groups – new employees, existing employees and young talents. Accordingly, the content of the lectures will be dedicated to each group. Employees have the opportunity to learn and improve their knowledge through the experience of internal and external lecturers – university professors, Transfera managers and renowned foreign managers.

The Academy’s concept is something that has attracted the greatest attention when visiting the EBRD’s Transfera delegation, and Mr. Pierre Heilbronn, EBRD Vice President, has given strong support to this initiative. Transfera’s goal is that employees accept the company as their own and see the prospect of their professional development in the future. Transfera’s strength is the people and therefore we will continue to work on developing programs that will help expand their full potential, said Srđan Banović, Executive Director of Customer Service Transfera.
