Vladimir Popović, Financial Director of Transfera at the 7th CFO & Controlling Congress

CFO & Controlling Congress, the largest financial and controlling event, was held on April 23rd at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade. Like every year, this congress gathered collectively financial directors and control experts who had the opportunity to exchange opinions and expertise from their companies within plenty of panels.

Vladimir Popović, Financial Director of Transfera, as an eminent partaker of the panel named What will CFO look like in the future?, presented the Transfera’s financial process model that relies mostly on innovations in the field of information technology.

The Project Transfera 2020 endeavors at full digitization of the company’s processes, and we dedicated particular attention to mapping and digitalizing the financial aspect of the business. For us, the process starts from the first approach and communication with the potential client and ends with the payment of our invoice.
