During past 6 months, we have been working in cooperation with the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of Belgrade University on creation of the organizational structure, job specialization and job classification in order to establish a modern and flexible structure which is ready to respond to any request of the market.
By job clustering and division of the company into front office and back office, a new department has been created in the structure of our company called Customer Service. The primary task of this department shall be to communicate externally – with clients, but also internally – by monitoring the realization of set customers’ requirements.
The Customer Service department has been entrusted to Srdjan Banovic, who is appointed to the position of the Executive Director. The management is confident that with new executive director we got a person who will contribute with his attitude and energy to the continuation of rapid growth of Transfera.
