Transfera continues its strong growth in the Bosnia and Herzegovina market, where it plans to open a new logistics center in Sarajevo as a key step in further developing its regional network and improving distribution.

In an interview with Forbes BiH, Transfera BiH Director Dragan Bjelica highlighted that the company is already achieving outstanding results in this market.

“Compared to 2024, we achieved threefold growth in the BiH market, largely driven by the continuous support of our clients, partners, and the market,” said Bjelica.

Logistics center as a strategic milestone

The opening of a logistics center in Sarajevo represents a logical next step in the company’s development, aimed at improving the speed, reliability, and quality of services.

“The logical next step is the opening of a new logistics center in Sarajevo, through which we aim to further enhance the speed, quality, and reliability of our services,” Bjelica emphasized.

This investment is part of a broader regional development strategy and aims to strengthen logistical connectivity between Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries.

Faster cross-border logistics and e-commerce development

The new center will significantly improve the flow of goods between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly in the areas of transport and e-commerce logistics.

Transfera is already positioning itself as a pioneer in organizing regional cross-border solutions, with more than 10 million completed shipments.

“Through better planning, coordination, and local operational presence, we reduce border delays and enable shorter delivery times,” Bjelica stated.

Focus on people, technology, and market development

The company plans further investments in infrastructure, digitalization, and team development, with the goal of raising the standards of logistics services.

“Additional investments are planned in logistics infrastructure and process digitalization, including improvements to IT solutions and greater automation of operations,” Bjelica noted.

In the coming period, the company also expects to create new jobs, as well as expand its capacity and client base.

Transfera sees Bosnia and Herzegovina as one of the most important markets for its continued regional growth.
