Transfera introduces another groupage line toward Italy

Italy is one of the most important foreign trade partners of Serbia and the country to which we export most products. In the first half of this year, the placement to that country reached 1.07 billion EUR. Italy ranks first on the list of countries to which Serbian companies export most, covering 16.3% of our total export.

In order to respond to market demands, while following customers’ needs, at the same time, the company Transfera introduced a new groupage line for exports to Italy, which is organized on weekly basis.

– We introduced two regular weekly departures from Serbia on Tuesdays and Fridays with 48-hour transit time to distribution centres in northern Italy in Treviso, Milan and Modena, from where goods are delivered for the entire territory of Italy within 24-48 hours. In this way we provide customers with reliable and accurate service, as well as reduced transport costs, thus further contributing to competitiveness of our products on the very demanding Italian market – says Srdjan Banovic, the Executive Director of Customer Service of the company Transfera.
