“Transfera“ company, as a young company ready for challenges, increased its staff with 10 young engineers, most of whom graduated from the Faculty of Transportation in Belgrade. Ambitious and high-grade people will give our company the sustainability of its rapid and intense growth and enable speed, determination and persistence in further expansion.
Some of these young people were recruited through official vacancies, and some on the basis of outstanding results during practice in “Transfera”.
– I was recommended by the professor from the faculty and after an interview with management of “Transfera”, I was admitted for professional practice, which is one of the conditions for graduation. After completing a three-month practice, I was offered an opportunity to continue my career in the company that gives opportunity to young people to improve their knowledge and trains them for further work – said Jovana Stajčić, one of our youngest engineers.
