October was marked by the Second International Logistics Conference in Bosnia and Herzegovina, organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This prestigious conference gathered more than 200 logistics experts from the country and the region, creating a platform for exchanging knowledge, experience and ideas for the future of logistics.

The main topics of this year’s conference were digitalization, logistics trends and innovations that improve business, with the emphasis on development of one of the most important economy segments – logistics. Numerous panels and discussions offered the participants the chance to exchange ideas and perspectives of challenges that the industry is now facing, as well as possible solutions for its further development.

Among the 38 panelists, there were the Transfera’s representatives whose presentation gave rise to discussion on key challenges in the field of logistics. Petar Komrakov, Operations Manager of the Client Service sector, within “Planning and Management of Logistics Risks” panel, spoke about the method for overcoming crisis in dynamic industry and shared his experience in the field of risk management. Marko Cavoski, Operations Manager in the Client Service sector, presented Transfera and its ambitious goals for the next year in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the company was recently opened, furtherly strengthening its presence on this market.
