Transfera’s General Director held a lecture at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences

As part of the series of guest lectures of the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade, Duško Radović, General Director of Transfera, gave a lecture on “How to succeed in business?“.

During the lecture, over 160 students had the opportunity to find out firsthand what’s crucial in creating a success formula that in the last 10 years placed Transfera among the largest and fastest-growing logistics companies in the region. Through the story of his decades-long experience in logistics and the development path of Transfera, Duško Radović shared with the students the main values ​​by which he is guided in business, as well as important guidelines for the start of their careers.

The discussion with future managers really proved to me that the world rests on ambitious young people and i am glad that by transferring knowledge we support their further progress,“ said Duško Radović, General Director of Transfera.
