In order to keep up with new investment trends and improve its overall service quality, Transfera decided to form a special department within the Sales and Business development sector, which main goal is to provide complete logistical support to companies from South Korea, the People’s Republic of China and Japan. This laid the foundation for a strategic development plan called “20-25”, which envisions the company’s expansion into an increasingly attractive Asian market. The next step, in the realization of this plan, is the opening of Transfera’s office in the People’s Republic of China at the beginning of 2022.
New members of the Transfera Pacific department are Wang Yan Wei from the People’s Republic of China, Tatsuya Hirano from Japan, and Sangil Kim from South Korea. They represent the support desk of the company, which is one of a kind on the logistics market in Serbia and the region as well.
“You can always expect Transfera to set high-quality standards and innovate in order to improve its business. Our Pacific department significantly contributes to faster and easier communication, as well as better relations with investors from Asian countries, who are increasingly present in our market” – said Srdjan Banovic, Chief Sales & Business Development Officer at Transfera.
