The company Transfera is a proud sponsor of the youth project – FONBoarding

As the fastest growing logistics company in Serbia, Transfera pays special attention to talented young people who want to start their career in logistics, their first employment and development. Precisely because of this, this year the company is a platinum sponsor of one of the largest projects for students – FONBoarding, which is implemented by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade.

During the two days, future managers had the opportunity to get to know Transfera’s operations, learn more about open positions and opportunities for practice and employment, and prepare for entering the business world through short interview simulations. By solving a case study created on the example of the Transfera company, students presented their ideas on the topic of business financing challenges in a large system.
